Agape Family Care is a Christian-based agency, but works with any individual or family who has a desire to make a difference in a child’s life. Licensure requires no additional training beyond the 30 hours of pre-service training, unless specific needs of the child warrant additional instruction.
Agape serves families in Lancaster and York counties and licenses only non-therapeutic homes.
Agape families must complete 30 hours of recertification training within the 24-month licensing period. Training topics/scheduling are at the discretion of the foster parent/family.
